Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions regulate transactions carried out on the website LOJA.ARMINDOARAUJO.PT (the “Website”) and represent, for all legal purposes, a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter the “Customer”) and the company ARMINDO ARAÚJO - UNIPESSOAL LDA, with registered office at Rua da Moura 136, 4835-337 Pevidém, with taxpayer number 507 272 420 (hereinafter “ Armindo Araújo Loja ”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before completing your purchase on the Website.

All Items offered for sale will hereinafter be referred to as “Item” or “Articles”.

Buying process

1. Items can be purchased by clicking on the Items you wish to purchase and following the instructions that appear on the Website screen;

2. After making the online purchase, the Customer will receive an email from us confirming the purchase made.

3. If the ordered Item is not available, the Customer has the right to cancel the purchase. If your order contains several Items and if one of them is unavailable, we will inform you accordingly and the rest of your order will be processed and shipped within the indicated time limit;

4. After the Customer receives the confirmation e-mail, Armindo Araújo Loja is obliged to supply the Items that the Customer has ordered.

Order Cancellation

Armindo Araújo Loja has the right to refuse any purchase proposal, namely, for the following reasons:

1. If you suspect that the Customer is a minor;

2. The Article is no longer available in stock;

3. The billing information is not correct or verifiable;

4. The transfer for payment of the order was not received by us within 5 days after accepting your order;

5. There is an error in the price quote;

6. Impossibility of delivering to the address indicated by the Customer.

Delivery of Articles

1. Delivery of the Items will be made by post, Armindo Araújo Loja will make its best efforts to ensure that the Items purchased by the Customer are delivered within the deadline indicated in the Confirmation E-mail or, if no deadline has been indicated in that E-mail , within the following deadlines:

- Continental Portugal

3-5 business days from the date of the Confirmation Email;

- Madeira and Azores

8-10 business days from the date of the Confirmation Email;

- European Union

7-8 business days from the date of the Confirmation Email;

2. The deadlines referred to above are merely indicative, however, Armindo Araújo Loja will make its best efforts to ensure that they are met, even if compliance does not depend solely on you, considering the intervention of third parties in the process of delivering the Items;

3. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes will be entirely the responsibility of the Customer.

Item Descriptions and Prices

1. The information on the Website may not always be updated and/or complete;

2. The availability of the Items is limited to existing stock;

3. Armindo Araújo Loja makes every effort to reproduce the colors and images of the Articles that appear on the website as accurately as possible, not guaranteeing, however, that the devices used by the Customer to view these images reproduce them faithfully;

4. Armindo Araújo Loja has the right to condition the sale of Items based on the Customer's age or geographic location;

5. All descriptions of Articles are subject to change at any time and without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of one or more Items at any time.


1. The price of the Items is what appears on the Website for each Article;

2. Prices include VAT but not shipping costs;

3. Prices and shipping costs are subject to change at all times.

Cancellations and Exchanges

1. The customer can cancel the order, as long as it has not yet been shipped. If the customer places an order and wishes to cancel it, they must first send an email requesting the cancellation of the order. And if the cancellation request is successful, the customer will be notified by email of this decision and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the customer.

2. Armindo Araújo Loja gives the Customer the possibility of exchanging the Items purchased within 15 (fifteen) days after the date of delivery;

3. The right to exchange Articles is only granted to Articles that are part of the collection that is available for sale on the Website;

4. The exchange of Items will only take place if the Items are returned in the same condition as they were received by the Customer;

5. To exercise the right to exchange provided for in the previous paragraphs, the Customer must send an email to the address info@armindoaraujo.pt, attaching to it a copy of the Confirmation E-mail, indicating the Items for which they intend to exchange the Items acquired;

6. Once the exchange is permitted under the terms of the previous paragraphs, the Customer will be informed of this by email, and must send the Article to the Armindo Araújo company address indicated in the first paragraph of this document. Armindo Araújo Loja will then process the exchange request and send the new item to the Customer's address; charging specific shipping costs, unless the exchange is justified due to the existence of a defect or non-conformity with the products ordered. In this case , Armindo Araújo Loja will bear the shipping costs;

7. Items must be sent with all accessories and materials that are part of them, including boxes and packaging materials.


1. If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the Items they ordered, they may return them within 14 calendar days after receipt, provided that:

• The Article has not been used;

• The Article maintains its original characteristics;

• Items that have been tampered with.

2. If the Customer exercises the right referred to in the previous paragraph, the price paid for the Articles will be reimbursed;

3. Requests for returns and refunds as a result of exercising the right to free resolution must be sent to Armindo Araújo Loja by email at info@armindoaraujo.pt

4. The Article must be sent to the address of the company Armindo Araújo Lda indicated in the first paragraph of this document.

5. Returns and refunds will only take place if the Items are returned in the same condition as they were received by the Customer;

6. The Customer must, therefore, ensure the necessary care for the Items to be returned, whilst they are in their possession;

7. Any Item that is damaged or altered, that is not in the same condition as at the time of delivery or that has signs of improper use, beyond the mere opening of its packaging, will not be refunded;

8. The Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning the Article;

9. Armindo Araújo Loja has the right to refuse return and refund requests, in accordance with the previous paragraphs, informing the Customer of its decision;

10. If the return and refund requests are approved, the Customer will be refunded the price paid, which will be credited to the Paypal account used for the purchase or via bank transfer, without prejudice to the refund occurring differently if the payment was made by another means;

11. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


1. Fulfillment of all orders placed on the website is subject to availability. Armindo Araújo Loja tries to ensure that all items offered for sale on the website are in stock. However, Armindo Araújo Loja reserves the right not to accept any orders or cancel orders already confirmed for products that are no longer in stock. In these cases, Armindo Araújo Loja will inform the customer of this fact and will refund the amount paid.

Consumer rights

If there is a situation of non-compliance with the Article under the terms of article 2 of DL 67/2003, the consumer has the right to restore the respective conformity under the terms of article 4 of DL 67/2003;

1. To restore compliance, the consumer may choose to demand:

- Repair of the property;

- Replacement of the asset;

- Adequate price reduction;

- Termination of the contract.

2. The consumer can opt for any of the solutions indicated in the previous point, however, with two limits:

- It is impossible for Armindo Araújo Loja to execute such a solution;

- The request constitutes an abuse of rights.

3. To exercise their rights, the consumer must report the situation within two months from the date on which the lack of conformity was detected;

4. Complaint process: in the event that it is possible to exercise the rights granted under the legal guarantee, the Customer must contact Armindo Araújo Loja by email at info@armindoaraujo.pt.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

You can consult the most recent version of these Terms and Conditions at any time on the Website;

Armindo Araújo Loja has the right, at its discretion, to update or change the content of these Terms and Conditions. It is the Customer's responsibility to periodically consult this document to be aware of any changes that have been made to it. The Customer's use and access to the Website represents an expression of acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
